Please read this information carefully: your use of the service constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions:
Ownership and Usage
Any works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, reports, or other information developed by or in part by Natural-Link™ in connection with its services is the exclusive property of the Natural-Link™. All website or other materials, copyright of the Natural-Link™ and all other relevant software, services and / or tool materials is owned by or licensed to Natural-Link™ and all rights are reserved. You may not copy, distribute, enter into a database, display, publish, perform, create derivative works of, transmit, or otherwise use any materials from Natural-Link™ in whole or in part, without the express permission from Natural-Link™ or its affiliates.
All software and services are proprietary to, and a valuable asset and trade secret of Natural-Link™. It is entrusted to the user only for the sole purpose of viewing Natural-Link™ BI reports by him / her only. For that matter, you shall maintain the website, its services, software and all related content in the strictest confidence.
You will not, without Natural-Link™ prior written consent: (a) Disclose any information about the website, its look and feel, features, functionality, services, software, related content, its design and/or any specifications, its code, nor the existence of the Natural-Link™ services and or tools and their outputs to anyone (b) Copy any portion of website, its service, software or any related content or documentation, except to the extent necessary to perform normative usage; or (c) Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the website, its services, its software, related content or any portion of it.
Limitations of Liability
The website, its services, software and all content found on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Natural-Link™ does not give any warranties, whether express or implied, as to the suitability or usability of the website, its software or any of its content. Natural-Link™ will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of the Natural-Link™ website, its related services, tools, software or content.
Any downloading or uploading of material to / from Natural-Link™ website, and/or any data given by you to the website, its services, and/or its related software, is done at your own risk and the you will be solely responsible for any damage done to any computer system or loss of data that results from such activities.
Non-Compete
You hereby agree not to directly or indirectly compete with the business of Natural-Link™ and its successors as long as you have access to Natural-Link™ services and for a period two years following termination of business relations, and notwithstanding the cause or reason for termination.
The term "not compete" as used herein shall mean that the user shall not own, manage, operate, or consult in a business substantially similar to, or competitive with, the present business of Natural-Link™ or such other business activity in which Natural-Link™ may substantially engaged during the term of business.
Communications
You consent to receive communications from Natural-Link™, via its representatives and/or affiliates, which may contact you periodically via email / telephone. You agree that all agreements, disclosures or other communications that are provided to you, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Natural-Link™ does not communicate any third party commercial material.
Payments & Refunds
All payments (fees) are stated in U.S. dollars and paid in advance. Taxes must be included where applicable: if necessary, consult with your attorney or CPA to make sure you are in compliance with the tax laws. Subscriptions are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on their type, and renew automatically. One-time services are paid on order.
To cancel a subscription, please send a cancellation request from your account login email along with a copy of your last invoice. The account shall be closed by the end of the next month, quarter or year respectively, depending on the subscription type.
All one-time services are refundable, no questions asked: To receive a refund for a one-time service, please email the relevant invoice within 14 days of payment. Cancellations of payments are processed within 7 working days, and refunds are paid through the same method as the original payment.
Exceeding quotas is allowed on all subscription plans. In such a case, you will be charged based on your plan's limit within 7 working days after the relevant subscription period. The extra charge is relative, i.e., the price of a 12% excess usage of reports in a quarterly plan is exactly 12% of the plan's price for that quarter.
Policy
Natural-Link™ may update or change these terms of service from time to time and recommends that you review the TOS on a regular basis. You can review the most current version of the terms at any time at https://www.natural-link.com/tos. You understand and agree that your continued use of the service after the terms have changed constitutes your acceptance of the terms as revised.
Should you encounter any bugs, glitches, lack of functionality or other problems, please let us know immediately so we can rectify these accordingly. Your help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
